'm a California Realtor CIPS, specializing in Italian Real Estate.

After 13 years as a Real Estate Broker with my own agency, Prince Immobiliare, in gorgeous Florence, Italy, my wife and I moved to her hometown of Santa Cruz, California, in February of 2015. I was born 43 years ago in Tropea, a beautiful beach town on the southern west coast of Italy. Tropea and Santa Cruz have a lot in common: the light, the colors, and the ocean, and I am often reminded of home here!

My mission, with passion and professionalism, is to treat your real estate needs as if they were my own. I provide the best representation possible for sellers and buyers. I guide you through the process from beginning to end, making you feel comfortable and at ease, by being honest, thorough, and knowledgeable.

I have the unique combination of years of experience as a realtor in Italy with familiarity and understanding of the needs of the North American client. Even more uniquely, I have both an active Italian Real Estate License and a Californian Real Estate License.
